Do I need a plumber to install AquaSense?
No! AquaSense is designed for DIY installation. The sensors use clamp-on mounting, so no cutting pipes required. Most users complete installation in 20-30 minutes using our video guide.
Does AquaSense work without internet?
Yes! All core functions (monitoring, automatic pump control, schedules) work via Bluetooth without internet. Cloud features like remote access and history require WiFi.
What if I have multiple water tanks?
AquaSense supports multiple tanks. You can add up to 2 tanks on Free, 5 on Pro, and 20 on Business plan. Each tank needs its own sensor but shares the same controller.
How accurate is the water level sensor?
Our ultrasonic sensors are accurate to ±3mm (HC-SR04) with a 2cm to 400cm range. The app displays water level as a percentage and also shows estimated liters based on your tank dimensions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your subscription continues until the end of the billing period. You can also downgrade to Free plan and keep using basic features forever.
