Connecting via Bluetooth

How to pair your AquaSense device with the app

  1. 1Enable Bluetooth on your phone
  2. 2Open Nivoryx Systems app and tap 'Add Device'
  3. 3App will scan for nearby devices
  4. 4Tap on your AquaSense device
  5. 5Wait for connection (10-15 seconds)
  6. 6Name your device (e.g., 'Terrace Tank')

Setting Up WiFi

Connect your device to WiFi for remote access

  1. 1Connect to device via Bluetooth first
  2. 2Go to Device Settings > WiFi Setup
  3. 3Select your home WiFi network
  4. 4Enter your WiFi password
  5. 5Wait for connection confirmation
  6. 6You can now access from anywhere!

Creating Schedules

Automate your pump with time-based schedules

  1. 1Go to Schedules tab
  2. 2Tap '+ Add Schedule'
  3. 3Select days (e.g., Mon-Sat)
  4. 4Set start time (e.g., 6:00 AM)
  5. 5Set duration (e.g., 30 minutes)
  6. 6Save and enable the schedule

Troubleshooting

App can't find my device

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled

Make sure device is powered on (LED blinking)

Move closer to the device (within 10m)

Try restarting the app

Check if device is already connected to another phone

WiFi won't connect

Verify WiFi password is correct

Ensure 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz)

Move device closer to router

Check if router has MAC filtering

Try resetting device WiFi settings

Notifications not working

Check app notification permissions

Ensure phone notifications are enabled

Check if battery saver is blocking app

Verify device is connected to WiFi

Re-enable notifications in app settings

Water level showing wrong

Re-calibrate tank dimensions

Check if sensor is mounted straight

Clean ultrasonic sensor face

Verify sensor cable connection

Check for obstructions in tank
